Our Mission

To provide quality and timely service to meet the home repair and improvement needs of the community we serve.

Our Core Values

  • Honesty – Honesty is ALWAYS the best policy. We are open and honest about our practices and policies. We believe in transparency and will never hide anything.
  • Customer Service – Customer service is the cornerstone of any successful business, and ee strive to provide the best service possible to all customers. We stand by our work.
  • Punctuality – While serving in the U.S. Army as a Field Artillery Crewman, there was a saying, “On time - On target”. Both qualities are equally important. Being on time instills confidence and ensures a timely result.
  • Attention to Detail – As the saying goes, the devil is in the details. We strive to see even the slightest of details so that we can produce the best quality product possible.
  • Fairness – We treat every person fairly and equally. We believe that everyone should be treated with the same level of kindness and respect.
  • Empathy – Truly understanding our client's needs is a top priority. We believe that we can better serve our clients by understanding their needs, desires and frustrations.
  • Respect – Respect is the key to all relationships. We strive to be not just someone that comes in to perform a task, but someone who develops a relationship with those we serve.

Pricing

We operate on an hourly-rate pricing model. We provide a FREE estimate and a detailed invoice for all work done, which ensures accuracy and transparency. For some larger projects, we will shift to a per-job rate. All estimates are a best-guess of time and materials for the project. The final invoice will reflect actual work, time and materials. Fill out our contact form HERE for a quote request, or give us a call to schedule a FREE on-site estimate.

Acceptable forms of payments are listed below. If a credit card or digital payment is preferred, we will add a 3% fee to the total. Just let us know if credit card or digital payment is preferred prior to completion of work. All materials purchased by us are billed at cost and include all applicable sales tax - we never mark up any materials.

Active Duty Military & Veterans and Seniors receive a 10% discount on all labor costs.

Workmanship Warranty

Inland Northwest Handyman will repair, free of charge, defects in workmanship performed for one year (365 days). Warranty is for labor only, and does not apply to materials or material failure, manufacturer's recommended use or customer negligence, normal wear and tear, acts of God, or a change in the Customer’s mind. Warranty becomes effective when complete payment has been credited to Inland Northwest Handyman account. Warranty work does not extend the original warranty period. Incomplete payment or separate payment made to the craftsman, for any reason, voids the warranty. Inland Northwest Handyman has the right to refund a portion of the cost in lieu of work completion or warranty work. Warranty work is to be performed by the original craftsman, if available. If the Customer or Customer’s contractor modifies work performed by Inland Northwest Handyman in any way, the warranty is void. The warranty is not transferable. All claims must be accompanied by original Estimate or Invoice.
